We love the brownies they are tasty and fabulous quality, so I purchased a box for 2 different family members as Mothers Day gifts and both were not delivered as promised. One of the orders was diverted to a local store and they were expected to go and collect them, which is far from ideal considering they were supposed to be a surprise gift. I understand delivery delays are sometimes out of a company’s control but perhaps Cutter and Squidge should be more realistic and advise customers to allow more time when selecting a delivery date on the website as they clearly cannot guarantee they will arrive on time.
