Were it just for the product, this would get a 5 star, as it is very good quality. But I am afraid the delivery process was so horrific that I would be dissuaded against ever buying from C&S again! My Mother's Day Gift was ten days late, with multiple mishaps. Admittedly this is largely due to their partnership with DPD, however if that partnership continues then the problem remains.
