Your service was fine but you need to review your delivery company. They let you down badly on 2 occasions causing my family to firstly miss their gift for Eid and then to have to collect it from a local store despite waiting in for the delivery. The delivery guy faked calls and lied. Not good for your business it’s out me off ordering more
