Our gluten-free summer berry cake tasted as delicious as ever, however, sadly, the cardboard cover had descended onto the icing (presumably being tipped upside down and/or shaken en route) which made the presentation at the birthday party rather disappointing! Trying to rate the cake therefore is difficult and varies between 5 for the taste and 1 for presentation.
