I find that this is a marked improvement to the previous version of the cake. I loved the taste but the yuzu kick was lacking. If this was called a "mango cake," I would be over the moon. But the lack of yuzu punch makes me give this 4 rather than 5 starts, which is ironic because I found the previous version TOO "yuzuey." Feels like a bit of an over correction.
