The cake itself was amazing!
The courier company used & tracking systems were appalling. My cake was meant to be delivered between a set time. I received an email & text to state that the cake will be delivered between 1.30 to 3.30pm. However, this was not delivered until 11.30pm at night.
The courier driver couldn’t speak that great English and stated the cake was damaged.
