I ordered cake with candles but the candles didn't arrive. Not very happy about that as we didn't have candles for the celebration! Cake was very nice though.
Customer service was helpful to proceed with refund but sounded very reluctant at first and asked us to check multiple times where the candles went (very clear that they were nowhere to be seen)
