I've always had good service from Cutter and Squidge and they are my 'go to' place for special occasion cakes. The only criticism this time was that the courier left the box outside the door to my flat and didn't press the bell or call to let me know it was there. When I received a message to say it had been delivered I was quite surprised, but when I opened the door the box was leaning against my doorframe. Not ideal. This is more criticism of the courier though, not Cutter and Squidge!
