The service was good and I liked the outer packaging when our afternoon tea box arrived, but I felt the individual plastic wraps on each item were excessive (and somewhat cheap looking). I don’t think I’d be happy paying the price for what we received if it was my own money being spent (we came through Bump and Baby).
