I initially purchased some brownies for a friends birthday and sadly they did not get delivered - the delivery company kept saying they couldn’t find the house. I was really disappointed as the postage was really expensive and I wanted it to be for her birthday surprise. However, after letting cutter and sqidge know about the issue they very kindly responded with apologise and a gift card for me to use. It was really great to have a quick reply and a nice gesture and it definitely restored my faith :) the brownies did get delivered in the end and I got some for myself too with the gift card - delicious!
