I appreciated your reliable, friendly and overall professional service; as it was important to me to get your cake, a birthday cake, as a present to a friend of mine on time. However, though she was very pleased to receive it and seemed to have enjoyed it, she was truly startled about how small the cake was. Given that it was not too cheap to purchase: maybe you would kindly like to bake your cake slightly bigger (especially the smallest size you offer)? Thanks for your service. Best wishes, Barbara
