I wasn’t going to review the cake I purchased as it wasn’t well received by friends who are wheat free. They commented that the texture was poor - somewhat disgusting - and that it wasn’t particularly flavourful and it’s appearance was lacking compared to the website (though I think that’s to be expected).
The little tin it came in is very nice, though.
