Had a minor issue with a missing item. After contacting them to explain, they informed me that they required a photograph of the issue to investigate further. A photograph...of the item we did not receive? Apart from being slightly insulting in that this assumes complainants are lying or wrong, it's obviously impossible to take a useful photo of a missing item. After pointing out this was a silly policy and providing some random photographs of the items we *did* receive, they did eventually fix the issue (after offering a partial replacement ... of a single item in a multi-item order, three days later). Further to this, they repeatedly ignored the feedback on this policy, in spite of my providing it three times, and refused to even suggest this request was silly - instead responding that they'd investigated and punished the packing team. Given my complaint was *about* the customer complaints team, I can only assume this was them covering their own error or incompetence and shafting some other poor employees, which left a bad taste in my mouth. This order was a celebration that was marred by a small error, then ruined by awful customer service. I wouldn't recommend them as they obviously think their customers are either thieves, or idiots.
