Ordered cakes and prosecco for a birthday. Was told day of delivery that the prosecco was not available so it wasn't delivered until very late the following day, completely missing the point of the order! And also causing more disruption for the person whose birthday it was. Should have been told the prosecco wasn't available at time of ordering, as then would have ordered something else instead.
