The present arrived on time and my sister was pleased. When I mentioned something about the fudge she didn't respond and we carried on talking. The following day I had a phone call to say that the fudge had been missing from the hamper and was offered a voucher. They handled it well although the reason I went for that option was the fudge as a favourite sweet of hers.
