My biskie box was not delivered on the chosen day, my daughter's birthday. The delivery company then held the biskies until redelivery Monday. The product had a shelf life of 3 days refrigerated but they arrived 4 days after dispatch so I had to throw them away! The event was missed and the biskies spoiled. Cutter and Squidge offered a voucher for the order price, which seemed rather sneaky; a refund would be more appropriate since they were for a special occasion which had passed.
