Described by one guest as the best birthday cake they’d ever had - the cake itself was absolutely superb. Unfortunately there was an issue with the delivery which arrived a day late (luckily I had built in contingency time). This was the delivery company’s fault and not C&S - however C&S gave exactly the right response, an explanation, apology and a generous gift voucher. Delivery glitches happen, but their great response mean I will definitely be using them again!
