Amazing customer service but not recommendable delivery is how I view the company. The naked wedding cake was delicious with the Lemon flavour being the standout, but on the day of the wedding some issues occurred which delayed the delivery of the cake.
The company gave us a £20 gift voucher to apologise but even then on a wedding day we need everything to be on time and the missing cake was really stressful, hence my reasoning for not giving 5 stars.
