Update: 17th November. I have been asked to submit a photo. What am I submitting a photo of?? Cannot take a photo of a missing box of brownies!
I ordered 2 boxes of the mini brownies but only one box turned up. I wrote an email explaining the situation, however no one bothered to respond. Tried calling customer services, I was on hold for at least 20 minutes.
Very disappointed.
