We were extremely disappointed with the level of service! Cake was delivered to the concierge instead of my flat! I never received a phone call to let me know it’s been delivered and so the cake was sitting there for over 9 hours!
I couldn’t serve the cake the next day as planned which ruined my plans for a birthday celebration!
No response from the customer service either. Will never order again and certainly do not recommend!
