The box was not fully covered when the cake was delivered as it was a unicorn cake, it was also raining outside when it was delivered which soaked the inside of the box a little bit. The icing on the cake was too buttery, thick and hard and was a bit too much to eat, the sponge itself was okay. Overall for the price of the cake, it was below satisfactory.
Customer service did send a gift card so we can try them again, and hopefully it will be different, but it had not yet arrived at the time of writing.
