Purchased a cake in a tin for my parents wedding anniversary. Well presented but my parents reported the cake as very dry. They contacted Cutter and Squidge to feedback but were told that without the order number the feedback couldn't be accepted. That meant they had to tell me of their ddisappointment. Don't understand why C&S couldn't deal with it based on delivery address. Basically parents felt they were fobbed off.
