Check the address very carefully. You start by inputting the delivery address to check that postage is an option. Then when you check out via ShopPay, that address is OVERWRITTEN with the default in that account. This is clearly a common issue because Cutter and Squidge email you to double-check that the address is correct. I missed that email, and not only did my mum go without her mothers day gift, but they also refused to accept a return.
