I ordered 2 separate afternoon tea boxes one for my mum and the other for my mother in law, in which they both enjoyed very much. Unfortunately the courier who delivered my mums afternoon tea box was very rude on the phone when he called to deliver it. The afternoon tea box I ordered for my mother in law, I paid extra for delivery between 8.00am and 12.00pm and it didn’t arrive until after 5pm so was disappointed. Both these issues were issues with the couriers and not cutter and squidge. I would recommend a review of your courier services.
