Cutter and Squidge delivered the wrong cake to my house a day before my Partner's 30th birthday. The cake was smaller than the one I had ordered and completely the wrong flavour. Customer Service were unable to deliver a new cake in time for the party, so supposedly issued a refund instead which is not an acceptable alternative. To make matters worse the refund never materialised in the promised 5 - 7 days so I had to follow up, which again is very frustrating. Given this experience I unfortunately cannot recommend Cutter and Squide, and will not be using them again.
