Pretty tasty and nicely packaged, arrived on time.
A shame the scones were under baked and tasted of too much baking powder. I emailed but nobody replied.
When I was asked for feedback because apparently it matters very much to you, I said the scones were undercooked and tasted bitter. You replied by saying this had never happened before and you wanted photos and that you hadn't had an email from me previously. Not sure that's the best way to handle feedback, especially if you're asking for it. Will probably use someone else in future.
