Company was responsive and helpful. This would have been 5 stars except for two issues. I paid a little extra for a guaranteed delivery slot between 8 am and 12 pm, and my cake turned up at 7:30 am. Whilst I should be happy it was early - it didn't suit my needs to receive it outside of the planned slot, but overall I suppose this really is a minor issue. My second issue was related to the cake itself - I was a little underwhelmed. It lacked the zing I'd expect from something with Lemon as one of the headline flavours, it was all a little sweet and 'samey'. It was beautiful otherwise.
