What a fantastic company with a really great customer focus. I recently ordered a Vegan Afternoon Tea for 2 for my Wife and I for her Birthday. Upon delivery we discovered a problem with the scones. Shortly after emailing the customer service team, I received a phone call from a very helpful and friendly member of the Cutter and Squidge team, who couldn't apologise enough and arranged for a full replacement to be delivered to our address the following day. In this technological era, the personal touch is missing so frequently and this phone call made a huge difference. Thank you, I will certainly order again. Sarah
