I recently purchased the Vegan Blueberry Lemon Cheesecake, and I must say, it was a rather disappointing experience. The sponge was incredibly dry, and to make matters worse, the frosting was grainy and lacked the creamy texture that one would expect from a cheesecake. Although the cake looked very pretty, overall, I was highly dissatisfied with this cake, and I wouldn't recommend it.
