The cake that was provided was a very tough and dry cake. It literally ruined the experience as no one could eat this tough cake. Why are the cakes so dry? I hadn’t read your reviews until now and realise this seems to be an occurring issue and are you actually addressing the issue or seeking to just continue taking the money? Your team is fine serving inedible cakes? If you can not consistently provide a service and product do stop as it’s extremely disappointing ordering a cake for an occasion and no one enjoys it. Extremely disappointing Based on this experience so would not be ordering again from this company given the utter dryness of the cake, it was tough to even cut through that’s how awful the cake was, so whatever you are doing to preserve these cakes is not working! The cake was a little damaged I presume due to the travel aspects, was squashed in around some of the edges. A pretty cake picture with no substance at all!
