Ordered this cake for a party of 14 people. The cake is HUUUGE! we literally had enough for people to take home. It took about 4-5 hours to bring it to room temperature. So make sure it's kept out in advance. The taste and texture difference is night and day if you don't. The flavour balance was brilliant. The chocolate was rich and the salted caramel enhanced the flavours. I'm not usually a fan of chocolate cakes as they can be a bit too heavy and dry. But THIS, was just perfectm
