Very disappointed! I ordered a Christmas selection box as a gift for my elderly Step Mother. It was due to be delivered on the 22nd December but arrived on the 27th December STALE!
I was offered a refund or credit note option which included 10pounds compensation to use on a date of my choosing! (Oh the irony)!
I requested a full refund instead - I won’t be back.
