We have always enjoyed the vegan chocolate cake from yourselves but this time we ordered a Victoria sponge as well for our son‘s birthday party. Unfortunately the Victoria sponge was well below our expectations. The sponge itself was quite dry and not moist and unfortunately it wasn’t very well received by the majority of the people who tried it so much so that we were not able to finish the cake. Hopefully this was just a bad batch, as mentioned above, the vegan chocolate cake was delicious, as we have come to expect from Cutter and Squidge, just a shame about the Victoria sponge.
