Not great to be honest. Ordered brownies to my wife's office for Valentines Day. Selected morning delivery as she was only going to be out of the office in the afternoon. Received a call before 8am to say no-one as at the office reception. Most offices don't open till 8.30 / 9am so I was surprised that the delivery to an office address was happening so early, particularly on Valentine's Day when surely you do loads of office deliveries so must be familiar with how they usually operate. But anyway, fair enough, it was just one of those things. I can't remember what I agreed with the delivery guy, I couldn't hear him very well, had a screaming toddler with me, and it seemed we didn't have many options. We either agreed to just leave them outside or return them. Anyhow, I called your customer helpline that day or the day after (can't remember) to try and resolve it, gave all the details and was told I would hear back about whether I could get a refund. Never heard a thing. So that's around £25 wasted. Would still appreciate some kind of recompense but for now, won't be using you guys again or recommending
