The website is aesthetically very pleasing and also easy to navigate, the delivery options were good and the cake I ordered was apparently packaged very securely (according to recipient). It was also reassuring to be able to follow along the journey of the cake as it was delivered, since we were trying to get it to its destination on the recipient's birthday and to organise plans for the day around the delivery. The cakes are of course on the pricey side, but this is the only area for improvement that I can think of.
