This was a lovely package and the ingredients were quality. The one issue I had however was that I put the scones into the bread bin with the intention of having these at the weekend, but was disappointed to note that they had developed mould after only a few days. Not sure if this is where they were supposed to be stored or indeed that they were just not fresh. As I was not sure, and not one to complain, I just threw them away, but having this opportunity to review my package, I thought I would mention this. The rest of the package however was excellent.
