Love these eggs been buying them for years, however this year on arrival both eggs were broken and pieces of the egg was mixed into the net packaging. The customer service team were great and said they would replace the eggs. So I re-ordered two more eggs, the second set were even more broken and the outer packaging was waterlogged from the delivery service. Hopefully next year the packaging will be sturdier to handle the postal journey. The flavour and the actual eggs are amazing but the effort and quality work put into them was lot of arrival.
