Unfortunately the Mother's Day afternoon tea never arrived as DPD seemed unable to find the address despite numerous attempts which was disappointing. I spent a lot of time on the telephone waiting to speak to you customer services trying to rectify this & although you did organise a re-delivery nothing ever turned up. I did receive a gift voucher to use for a future order which was appreciated but what I really wanted was for my 88 year old mother to enjoy an afternoon tea with my 93 year old father!
