I bought this for my sister n law and her family for Eid. She said it was extremely sweet and no one ate it but her. She had the cake left over after Eid! I didn’t see good reviews but bought it anyway. I kind of get the logic of pistachio and rose as some Muslim cultures use those in their sweets, but please make this taste nice and improve the recipe! Otherwise just offer is a different cake. I think she would have been more happy with strawberries and cream or a regular school cake! A bit of a shame but I guess you live and learn.
