I ordered this cake for my birthday cake since it looked like chocolate heaven. The sponge was very soft but lacking much flavour but this was balanced by the topping since I thought this was quite a strong flavour. However the flavour wasn't giving me chocolatey, it tasted too much like caramel for my liking. It was a unique flavour that I personally didn't enjoy. The Cornflakes were slightly chewy so that texture i also disliked. My boyfriend who doesn't like chocolate cake really enjoyed it though and ate most of it (he owes me a birthday cake haha). From tasting other chocolate products and loving them from here, this was just slightly disappointing for me.
