MISDELIVERED I cannot comment on the quality of the brownies I ordered as due to DPD tracking showing a photo of a courier delivering it incorrectly to a garden path instead of a front door, the recipient (it was a bereavement and I thought brownies would be better than flowers) did not find it for a week and they were all mouldy. Yes, it was a courier issue, but on telling Cutter and Squidge about the issue and advising them to remind the couriers that these were perishable goods, I was told by customer services that the courier had delivered them to the front door and they they showed an image which was totally irrelevant and the tone of the letter was to the effect that both me and the recipient were lying. I hadn’t actually asked for a refund, and I wasn’t offered the opportunity to get a new box sent out. On escalating this I had an apology from one of the founders, an assurance that they were concentrating on making customer service follow the company ethos and a refund was immediately effected
