I ordered the afternoon tea as a payday treat to myself. When it arrived there was no accompany menu etc so I didn’t receive any instructions on how it should be prepared. The brownies were also just loose in the box without any packaging on them which wasn’t ideal. The scones were rock hard and so was the brownie. I messaged the C and S team after a few days as felt important to provide that feedback that it hadn’t travelled well. They just asked if I had received the menu which should have advised that the scones should be heated and the brownie served at room temperature. Given this cost almost £40 by time delivery was factored in I was really disappointed. I had also tried the remaining brownie the next day and it was still super dry and hard. I’m a huge fan of cutter and Squidge but I couldn’t recommend this to anyone given how disappointing it was.
