A mixed experience. I got emails saying the cake would arrive on a specific date but it actually turned up the day after. Also the cake was supposed to have raspberries on top, but instead it had cranberries so further disappointment and actually I found that a bit scary as there was nothing either in email or in the package to say they had swapped the fruits and the cranberries were quite squished so could have been mistaken for raspberries - what if I was allergic to cranberries? Dangerous to add a random ingredient and not notify the recipient something not in the ingredients list is added. The cake was tasty, especially considering it was vegan but I was disappointed to be messed around with delivery dates and to not get quite what I'd ordered given the hefty price tag.
