Extremely unhappy with the size of the cakes sent in the afternoon tea and the fact the brownies were shockingly dry. I messaged yourselves privately via Instagram explaining I'm an unhappy customer as the cake slices look nothing like the ones you have in your pictures of the afternoon tea. My message was read, and ignored. No reply was given whatsoever. I then commented on the Afternoon Tea post, again explaining I'm unhappy with paying almost £30 for something which is less than satisfactory. This message was also ignored. Appalling customer service from Cutter & Squidge.
