The afternoon tea was ordered for a birthday present and there was an issue with the delivery date selected. I selected a date in May and the date was greyed out with no reference to delivery date on the confirmation pages or emails. This led to confusion over when the parcel would be delivered as there was also some conflicting information on the website. When I emailed about I was told a different delivery date in June had been selected but the issue was resolved immediately and a new delivery date was scheduled so excellent customer service in this respect. When the parcel was received it went down really well and I am told it was very good quality and very professionally packaged. The delivery date issues i believe would be put down to either a website issue or an issue resulting from current circumstances and so understandable. Thank you for my parcel, it made my sister very happy.
