Appalling, ordered in plenty of time for delivery only to find out the recipient would not receive until 3 days after the delivery date. I alerted Cutter & Squidge about this after receiving an email from the courier, their excuse was needed an additional delivery day due to destination. My postal code wasn’t highlighted as needing an extra time for delivery. I’ve also had to chase up my refund. If I could give 0 star rating I would have, wouldn’t use again or recommend.
