I have ordered from C&S before and the cake was delicious so I was looking forward to the two cakes I ordered. They were delivered on time as promised and packaged very well. One was the passion fruit and pistachio and the other was the millionaire. The passion fruit was top quality and delicious but, although I ordered small, I didn’t realise how tiny it would actually be and is felt it was too expensive for the size. The millionaire cake looked fantastic but was sadly disappointed. Although the icing and extra bits were delicious the sponge was very dry and ruined the experience. Overall I felt let down after paying £80 for two small cakes.
