I unfortunately couldn’t place a bulk order so had to place 7 orders separately. This meant 7 order confirmations emails, 7 despatch notice emails, 7 courier onboard notification emails, 7 timed delivery slots emails, 7 courier delivery notification emails and 7 delivery notification emails from yourselves. The deliveries were good and on time considering the current circumstances. I would like to give a 3.5 rating but that's not possible. I now have 7 your opinion matters emails….!!!!I I take it you have an automated system as a human would have surely picked this up.
