The cakes all looked so tempting, it was difficult to choose. Opted for the Eton mess variety. It arrived promptly on the date requested and looked lovely. Unfortunately, we found it to be rather heavy and dry - even after trying to liven it up with fresh strawberries. A bit disappointing - I suppose the cakes have to be somewhat "robust" to last a few days and to survive courier transport.
