They tried to deliver this cake to a restaurant at 8.30am, and I had to pay an extra £25 to have it redelivered later the same day! The online order form did not allow me to choose a time, so I made it very clear in the notes that the delivery was to a restaurant and specified that it opened at 6pm. The cake was for a 40th birthday party so time sensitive! Cutter and Squidge didn't contact me before to check delivery, answer the phone or reply to any emails. In the end it was the delivery company themselves (a separate company) who helped me have it redelivered in time after a lot of stress.
